Foshan Rijing (RJ) Technology Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. We have been committed to the manufacture of stock and customize bags for 18 years. The main products are consist of roll stock film, flat bottom bag, stand up pouch, gusset bag, retort pouch, vacuum bag, etc, over thirty different material structures for different packing purpose. RJ Techtronic is equipped with three printing machines, three laminating machine and 15 pouch making machine. Free samples of Retort Pouch are available. Retort Pouch is a flexible laminated food package that can withstand thermal processing. It has the advantage of offering the shelf stability of metal cans, coupled with the texture and nutrient value associated with frozen foods. Retort bag can resist up to 135 ℃ (275 ℉) of retort condition that provides a very thin, but effective gas barrier. Retort Pouch can be used in a wide range of food and drink with its superior shelf life of more than 1 year at room temperature of retort pouch-packaged foods with very high barrier properties of OTR and WVTR. In addition, there are many advantages to retort pouch, which feature light weight, highly flexible characteristics, shelf space optimization, and more.
Our plant covers an area of over 30,000 square meters and is designed and constructed according to international factory standards to achieve a clean, healthy and safe environment. The annual production capacity exceeds 3,000 tons, with more than 150 employees. Our raw materials reach FDA and EU standards. We have also obtained BRC, ISO and Smeta certificates. We have got SGS report for our Retort Pouch. 90% of our products are exported to all over the world, including the United States, Europe and Australia etc. Quality is the most important, we have retort testing at required temperature during production and full inspection when production finished.
